Core / Pushup Combo Workout [VIDEO]

Ok so todays workout is an AWESOME  core/pushup combo workout I did. It is a great way to train if you don’t  have a lot of time or for a warm up or finisher at the gym.  Try to do as many reps as you can in each set but keep your form spot on and modify with your knee if you have to.

I do core everyday but change up the way I do it, planks one days, ab drills and pushups the next..etc.  I have had excellent results in my stomach by doing a little something everyday and of course eating clean too.

ARVE Error: need id and provider

Breakdown:

25 seconds on 5 seconds off- as pany reps as you can of each drill .

  • bicycle abs
  • Regular pushups
  • Leg Raises (get up on those elbows)
  • Shoulder pushups ( get that butt high, whole body forward)
  • Side v-sit leg raises (get high!!)
  • Close grip pushups (elbows back)
  • Other side v-sit leg raises
  • WIDE pushups
  • Butt lifts
  • Circle pushups
  • Cross touch abs (opposite leg to hand)
  • Tricep pushups (hands close together high up)
  • v-sit twist with legs straight
  • Squat pushups
  • Rolls (body straight crunch abs together)
  • Tricep box pushups  (body like a box week butt up off feet, only a 2′ pushups)
  • Star abs

-Little extra abs and finish with a plank.

  • Crunches
  • Opposite toe touches
  • Heel touches
  • Side plank hold  (leg up if you can then twist)
  • Other side
  • PLANK TO FINISH
